Sega Titan Video System

The Sega Titan Video System (STV for short) was the predesser to the Sega Naomi. Games such as Virtua Fighter, Radiant Silvergun, and Daytona got their start on this board. The Sega Saturn was based off the hardware of the STV which is interesting because Titan is one of the moons orbiting Saturn. Sega had set up region lock out on this board, so games from one company are said to not be playable on a board from a different country.
